About us
Our work focuses on individuals’ lived experiences within our neurodiverse contexts and communities.
We provide solutions and services in the form of design and systems development, allyship, advocacy,
networking and collaboration, education and capacity building. We also design and create active engagement platforms and opportunities with the wider community and within the spaces we live and work in.
Neurodivergence requires far more understanding and greater support. There is room for rethinking, and for the
redesign of our spaces, systems and opportunities that every individual has a right to.
In order for this to be successful the conversation needs to be taken to the wider community so that the onus and
responsibility to bring about this change is rightfully shared.

Adhiraj Mustafi
Music Educator, Entrepreneur,
Music Producer and Performer
Adhiraj founded the Eastwind Academy for Advanced Music and Performance in 2018, after having co- founded One World College of Music in 2011 & Prospect Advisory & Management in 2003- an organisation that worked to promote design, education and music. He is band leader and lead songwriter of Blue Breakfast and has produced 3 albums and is working on his fourth.
Anirban Dutta Gupta
Visual Communication Designer, Conservationist,
Ethnographic and natural history filmmaker
Anirban’s artistic practice is focused on creating narratives that explore places, history, culture and the natural world. He has worked on public and private commissions taking inspiration from the history, architecture and personal narratives of place and the subject. His various awards include the Wildscreen ‘Green Oscar’, BAFTA, The Scientific Exploration Society Award amongst others.
